Job Description

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new customers, including cross-border e-commerce sellers, brand owners, manufacturers, and trading companies.
  • Proactively source potential customers through various channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring continuous follow-up and conversion.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify additional logistics and supply chain opportunities to expand business with current customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to increase repeat business and shipment volume.

3. Sales Performance

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Increase customers' shipment volume and overall revenue.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor competitors' pricing, service offerings, logistics channels, and market activities.
  • Analyze industry trends and changing customer demands.
  • Provide recommendations for service and product improvements based on market insights.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in resolving shipment issues, claims, compensation cases, and customer complaints to maintain service quality.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Experience in logistics, international express, freight forwarding, or cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
  • Familiar with international express, air freight, sea freight, FBA first-mile, and e-commerce logistics.
  • Existing customer network in cross-border e-commerce or export business is an advantage.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of Amazon FBA, international shipping, customs clearance, Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP, DAP, etc.), and cross-border logistics solutions.
  • Knowledge of international courier services (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and freight transportation (Air, Sea, Rail) is preferred.

Language Skills:

  • Basic English communication skills (email and business communication).
  • Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Competencies:

  • Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under sales targets.
  • Willing to travel for business meetings and customer visits.
