We're Hiring: Customer Service & Office Manager (CSOM) 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service & Office Manager to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys integrating operations, customer service, supply chain, finance, and administration. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service and distributor relationships across Vietnam
• Coordinate supply chain and logistics activities with external partners
• Oversee contract management, HR administration, payroll, and office operations
• Monitor credit control, receivables, and financial compliance
• Collaborate closely with our Global Corporate HR Manager and leadership team

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or sales administration
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Business English communication skills
• Experience in animal health, agriculture, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
