Customer Service Executive

• Communicate with customers via Etsy, Shopify chatbox, email, and phone to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Coordinate and follow up with logistics partners and fulfillment centers in the US to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Manage and update daily inventory data from the US warehouse.
• Track and maintain container schedules, including estimated arrival dates and status updates.
• Support internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) by providing customer feedback and insights.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (100% of our customers are native English speakers).
• Able to work rotating shifts, including day and night when required (additional pay applies).

• Working Schedule: 5-6 working days/week – Able to work rotating shifts

  Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 

  Shift 2: 5:30 PM – 12:30 AM;

  Shift 3: 9:30 PM - 4:30 AM;

  Shift 4: 10:30 PM - 5:30 AM;

  Shift 5: 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM.

• Comfortable using a personal laptop for remote work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and problem-solve independently.
• Team-oriented, open-minded, and eager to grow and learn.
• Willingness to work on public holidays (with compensation or additional benefits).
• No experience required, but preferred if:
• Have previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or with international clients.
• Have worked in the furniture or home decor industry.
