Data analysis specialist

1. Data Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Perform yield mass balancing to ensure accurate tracking of material input and output.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL query development, Power BI dashboard, and manufacturing data analysis.

2. Reporting:

• Generate comprehensive end-to-end production reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize production performance and identify areas for improvement.

3. Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all data analysis processes and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in data management and reporting.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Support cross-functional teams with data requests and analytical projects.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
• Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics are a plus.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Good English proficiency.
• Experience with yield mass balancing and production reporting is highly desirable.
