* Warehouse Operations Management.

1. • Leading and optimizing end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, production supply, and outbound logistics to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time delivery.
   • Plan the arrangement of finished goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock.
   • Ensure warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with approved SOPs and work instructions.
   • Support inventory control activities, stock checks, and investigation of inventory discrepancies when required.
   • Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints and operational issues.
   • Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training for team members.
   • Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and compliance with operational requirements.
   • Leading, developing, and motivating the warehouse team to consistently achieve KPIs in productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost savings.
   • Maintained compliance with ESH, GMP, food safety, fire safety standards and audit readiness.

* Logistic Coordination.

1. • Coordinated outbound distribution operations across multiple warehouses, ensuring on-time delivery performance and optimizing shipment execution efficiency.
   • Managed container positioning and coordinated with logistics service providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution.
   • Monitored inventory locations across warehouses to ensure accurate container positioning and efficient outbound shipment execution.
   • Oversee and verified end-to-end shipping operations, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.

1. • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administrator or relevant fields.
   • Minimum 3 years in warehouse/logistics operations.
   • English communications, writing and speaking skill.
   • Be good at Microsoft Office such as Power Point, Word, Excel familiar with Oracle system.
   • Initiative / proactive and effective communication with all levels.
   • Good computer skills or other warehouse management system
   • Management/Leadership skills
   • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GMP, and 5S principles
   • Forklift operation certification (if applicable)
   • Familiarity with SAP/WMS systems
   • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
   • Working time: 8am - 5pm, from Monday to Friday
