• Strategic planning & supervision of paid campaign execution
Develop overall advertising strategy and plans across TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc. for the assigned client/project portfolio; supervise setup and operation to ensure alignment with business direction and objectives.
• Propose advertising budget allocation plans for each campaign phase based on actual performance and submit to the director for approval prior to implementation.
• Execute ad campaigns across e-commerce channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Google, etc.).
• Campaign optimization; testing new campaigns/new tools
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior throughout the conversion funnel, identify critical touchpoints, and propose timely optimization solutions for the team.
• Continuously optimize the entire journey from ad click to completed order.
• Monitor and stay updated on new features of digital platforms, run pilot tests to improve performance, and develop a thorough command of new features.
• Measurement, analysis & management-level reporting
• Track and evaluate campaign performance against core KPIs: ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA; provide assessments and recommend adjustments to the execution plan.
• Directly prepare and present periodic campaign performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to the director and senior-level clients.
• Cross-departmental coordination
• Coordinate with relevant departments to deploy advertising campaigns; feed back performance data (CTR, conversion rate, etc.) so those departments can proactively make adjustments.
• Provide expert advisory support to relevant departments to effectively deliver campaign objectives.
• Continuously update knowledge of algorithms, advertising policies, and new technologies; proactively propose their application to overall operations.
• Report directly to the director on implementation status, risks, and proposed plans; perform other duties as reasonably required by the company or direct manager, consistent with the job title and capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of continuous experience in advertising/digital marketing, including at least 1 continuous year in an equivalent role (campaign manager/lead); candidates with demonstrable ROAS/revenue results are preferred.
• Proficiency in TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
• Ability to interpret data, analyze user behavior, translate findings into insights, and propose implementation plans to management and the team.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and provide professional direction and leadership to operations staff.
• Proactive, able to work well under pressure, strategic, analytical thinking, willing to experiment and optimize continuously.

Preferred:

• Experience managing/supervising multiple advertising accounts for multiple clients simultaneously (agency environment).
• People management experience.
• Prior experience proposing and defending strategies/budgets before management or clients.
• Experience using AI tools to support ad optimization.
