1. Day-to-Day Digital Operations
- Maintain and update Easia Travel’s digital platforms and public websites according to defined standards and workflows
- Ensure content, media, and functional elements are accurate, consistent, and up to date
- Manage user access rights and permissions across platforms, in coordination with the Marketing Operations Manager
- Perform routine quality checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure platforms remain reliable and usable
2. Coordination & Follow-Through
- Coordinate digital updates with internal teams (Marketing, Production, Content, Sales) based on agreed priorities
- Track tasks and updates to ensure timely completion and proper follow-through
- Act as a point of contact for operational digital requests, ensuring clarity and realistic expectations
- Escalate blockers, risks, or recurring issues early, with clear context and proposed next steps
3. Project Execution Support
- Support ongoing digital projects, including platform evolution and website rebuild initiatives
- Execute assigned project tasks such as content preparation, testing, QA, and rollout support
- Assist in gathering feedback from internal users and consolidating it for review
- Contribute to project documentation and implementation guides
4. Training & Digital Enablement
- Prepare clear, practical documentation and user guides for digital tools and platforms
- Support the preparation and delivery of internal trainings related to digital tools, workflows, and best practices
- Assist internal teams in adopting new tools or processes by providing hands-on support when needed
- Contribute to the creation of resources that may later support external users or partners
5. Reporting, Documentation & Hygiene
- Prepare basic usage reports, analysis and operational summaries as requested
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to digital workflows and platform usage
- Ensure consistency and good hygiene across digital assets, content, and access rights
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, or reliability and share suggestions with the Marketing Operations Manager
