Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Digital Project Manager/ Project Management Officer will serve as a key execution partner to the CEO, bridging the gap between business operations and project delivery. This role requires a strong combination of Business Analysis, operational understanding, and end-to-end project management. You will be responsible for analyzing operational workflows across our hospitality, F&B, wellness, technology brands, and driving key digital initiatives from early-stage concept to full operational deployment.

Report to: CEO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Business Analysis & Operational Planning

  • Deeply understand the Group’s multi-brand operations, spanning domestic and overseas boutique hospitality, independent F&B concepts, wellness services or technology to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and workflow inefficiencies.
  • Conduct business process mapping and translate the CEO’s vision and operational needs into clear project scopes and actionable execution plans.
  • Participate in the early phases of digital transformation by identifying suitable digital and AI tools, automation solutions, and operational software to improve overall productivity.

2.    End-to-End Project Execution

  • Take complete ownership of strategic projects from initiation to final rollout.
  • Define project roadmaps, clear timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables.
  • Actively manage cross-functional execution by coordinating between internal department heads and external partners or vendors to ensure projects are executed on time and to standard.

3.    Stakeholder Alignment & Operational Rollout

  • Act as the functional bridge between non-technical operations teams and technical developers or vendors.
  • Oversee process implementation, change management, and team training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows across business units.
  • Monitor post-launch performance, evaluate operational impact, and continuously optimize internal processes.

4.    Executive Support & Reporting

  • Work directly with the CEO to provide clear, structured status reports, risk assessments, and milestone updates.
  • Proactively resolve project blockers and realign priorities as business needs evolve.

Job Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Operational Transformation roles.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to analyze business problems, map operational processes, and design structured execution plans.
  • Possess a strong understanding of multi-unit business operations, preferably within the Hospitality, F&B, or Lifestyle sectors.
  • Show strong comfort with digital tools, system workflows, process automation, and modern AI applications to effectively support business goals without requiring coding skills.
  • Hold a strong track record of driving projects independently from initial concept to full operational deployment.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to work with expat BODs and local teams.
  • Maintain a highly analytical, structured, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
