Job Purpose:
Nautilus Food Vietnam is looking for an E-commerce Business Manager to build and accelerate our online business across Human Food and Pet Food categories.
This role is more than managing marketplaces, it is responsible for developing the overall e-commerce growth strategy, identifying consumer insights from online channels, driving profitable sales, and partnering with cross-functional teams to successfully incubate and launch new products through E-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Business Strategy:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly E-commerce business plans.
- Build sustainable sales growth across Shopee, TikTok Shop,…and future online channels.
- Own sales targets, profitability and business performance of the E-commerce channel.
- Identify new growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing, bundles and promotional mechanics.
2. Marketplace & Performance Growth:
- Lead marketplace strategy including campaign planning, assortment planning and traffic generation.
- Optimize conversion rate, average order value (AOV) and repeat purchase.
- Manage online advertising investment and ensure efficient ROAS.
- Work closely with agencies, platforms and partners to maximize business opportunities.
3. Consumer Insights & Data Analytics:
- Analyze marketplace data, search trends, customer reviews and competitor activities.
- Translate consumer insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Build dashboards to monitor business performance and key growth metrics.
- Provide regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to management.
4. New Product Incubation:
- Partner with Marketing Manager and R&D to identify new product opportunities.
- Support product concept validation using online consumer insights.
- Develop online-first launch strategies for new products.
- Monitor launch performance and recommend scale-up or optimization plans.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to ensure business success.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing to develop integrated campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.
- Coordinate with external agencies, KOLs, affiliates and marketplace representatives.
6. Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties within the scope of expertise as requested by line manager.
