POSITION SUMMARY

The EIT – Talent Acquisition will support recruitment activities across various functions while developing expertise in talent attraction, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management. Through practical exposure and continuous learning, the role offers an opportunity to gain end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced multinational manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus channels.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

• Coordinate interviews and support candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Do employer branding, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities.

• Maintain recruitment data and generate hiring reports.

• Assist in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

• GPA: 7.0/10 (2.5/4) or higher 

• Fresh Graduates or less than 1 year of working experience

• Own a great passion with Talent Acquisition

• Business-level English proficiency 

• Involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus 

• A love for working in multinational company, with high-tech machines and systems
