Job Description

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key customers of the company.
  • Identify new customers and expand the market through conferences, forums, trade fairs, product exhibitions, and other channels.
  • Execute business plans; meet with customers to discuss and introduce the company’s products.
  • Handle quotations, negotiate after-sales policies, and finalize contracts.
  • Monitor shipment progress for each order; check invoices and delivery documents.
  • Monitor payment processes and accounts receivable for each order.
  • Ensure payments are made in accordance with the agreed schedule, regulations, and insurance costs of each order.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide support in resolving arising issues.
  • Prepare reports as required by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Foreign Trade, International Economics, International Business, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of international trade operations, as well as relevant laws and regulations within the industry.
  • Proficient in English communication (all 4 skills), equivalent to B2 level or above.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Able to work effectively under high pressure.
  • Willingness to travel for business trips.
