1. Receiving and Analyzing Design Requirements:

Receive design sketches, technical packages, or sample garments from the design team or clients.

Analyze garment style, material properties, technical requirements, and construction details.

2. Pattern Making:

Draft, construct, and develop patterns according to technical specifications, ensuring conformity to the original design.

Use specialized CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, etc.) or manual methods for pattern making.

Grade patterns to various sizes as required.

3. Pattern Adjustment and Finalization:

Adjust and perfect patterns after fitting trials and sample sewing until they meet quality and fit standards.

Update and archive completed patterns systematically as per company procedures.

4. Cross-department Collaboration:

Work closely with the sewing sample team to approve pattern fit and construction.

Make amendments based on feedback from the technical manager, quality control, or customers.

Provide technical support and resolve pattern-related issues during mass production.

5. Technical Documentation Management:

Prepare and update technical packs, size-spec sheets, sewing instructions, and marker layout guides.

6. Research and Development:

Continuously update knowledge on pattern-making techniques, trending styles, and new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.

1. Nhận yêu cầu và phân tích mẫu:

Tiếp nhận bản vẽ thiết kế, tài liệu kỹ thuật, mẫu gốc từ bộ phận thiết kế hoặc khách hàng.

Phân tích kiểu dáng, chất liệu vải và các chi tiết kỹ thuật của sản phẩm.

2. Thiết kế rập:

Vẽ, dựng và thiết kế rập theo thông số kỹ thuật, đúng mẫu thiết kế gốc.

Sử dụng phần mềm thiết kế rập chuyên dụng (như Gerber, Lectra, Optitex…) hoặc phương pháp thủ công trên giấy.

Chia tỷ lệ rập phù hợp với các size theo yêu cầu.

3. Chỉnh sửa và hoàn thiện rập:

Sửa chữa, chỉnh lý rập sau khi may mẫu thử cho đến khi đạt tiêu chuẩn.

Cập nhật, lưu trữ các bộ rập đã hoàn chỉnh theo đúng quy trình của công ty.

4. Kết hợp với các bộ phận liên quan:

Phối hợp với bộ phận may mẫu để kiểm tra, đánh giá sản phẩm mẫu.

Sửa đổi rập theo góp ý từ trưởng bộ phận kỹ thuật, bộ phận kiểm tra chất lượng hoặc khách hàng.

Hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác khi phát sinh lỗi rập trong sản xuất hàng loạt.

5. Quản lý hồ sơ kỹ thuật:

Lập và cập nhật đầy đủ hồ sơ kỹ thuật, bảng tham số, thông số size, quy trình may, hướng dẫn giác sơ đồ cắt vải.

6. Nghiên cứu và phát triển:

Tìm hiểu, cập nhật phương pháp, công nghệ mới về thiết kế rập nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công việc.

College or university degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in pattern making.

Proficient in using CAD pattern making software.

High attention to detail and logical thinking.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and production processes.

Có kinh nghiệm làm rập từ 1 năm trở lên.

 Thành thạo một trong các phần mềm thiết kế mẫu (Style, Gerber, Lectra, Optitex hoặc các phần mềm tương tự).

Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, tư duy logic tốt.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm.

Hiểu biết về quy trình may mặc và chất liệu vải.
