For Junior level:
· Assuring statutory compliance, local/national tax and corporate policies, regulations, and laws;
· Assisting in preparing financial statements, cash flow, cost center reports, and other reports that are financial in nature and analysis;
· Supporting in maintaining and monitoring the fixed assets system;
· Control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
· Other duties as required from time to time by the Chief Accountant/BOD.
For Senior level
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including local/national tax requirements, as well as company policies and procedures;
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, cost reports, and other financial analysis reports;
· Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with the company’s tax obligations (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT);
· Monitor and manage the fixed asset system;
· Control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
· Prepare payment requests, issue VAT invoices, and send them to customers;
· Record accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system;
· Complete and maintain accounting documentation (both hard and soft copies);
· Maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities;
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant or the Board of Directors.
'Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field;
Female
· 1-2 years of experience for junior level and 3 years of experience for senior level;
· Good at Excel and accounting software such as MISA and FAST;
Possesses strong potential and qualities to develop into a highly capable accountant with long-term commitment;
Good communication skills; strong reading comprehension and writing skills in professional English.
