Month-End Closing

• Perform month-end closing activities accurately and on a timely basis.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control requirements.

Daily Accounting Operations

• Process and verify daily accounting transactions in SAP.
• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Review and maintain actual BOM data for each export container.
• Provide accurate information and supporting documents related to Certificate of Origin (C/O) requirements, including input invoices and actual BOMs.
• Ensure all C/O-related records are properly maintained for future customs inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Import-Export teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, BOMs, and customs documentation.

System & Compliance

• Utilize SAP for accounting transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and explanations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with month-end closing activities.
• Good understanding of inventory, costing, BOM management, and customs documentation.
• Knowledge of Certificate of Origin (C/O) requirements and customs compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP (mandatory).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience working with import/export transactions and customs requirements.
• Strong Excel skills.
