1. Responsible for managing external security guards at the factory, including document collection, workday calculations, and SOP training.
2. Responsible for internal security guard management, including task guidance, monitoring worker behavior, and enforcing factory regulations for employees and visitors.
3. Contact with General Affairs (GA) suppliers.
- Manages milk cake supplier communication and tracks deliveries for worker adherence to company policy.
- Prepares daily meal order data for canteen suppliers, accounting for regular meals and additional orders due to overtime/shift work.
- Oversees rental photocopiers, drinking water, water dispensers, pest control, employee birthday celebrations, and gift provisions.
4. Manages cleaners, gardeners, and general repair personnel.
- Ensures office areas, toilets, stairways, doors, windows, canteens, and meeting rooms are consistently clean by following up with cleaners.
- Maintains the factory landscape and ensures trees are in good condition by overseeing gardening activities.
5. Manages waste treatment and disposal.
- Coordinates with HSE for waste collection, including hazardous materials.
- Directs gardeners to document and handle production waste and scraps.
6. Handles reporting, payment requests, and audit support.
- Prepares payment requests for monthly tasks such as canteen services, external security contractors, waste treatment, water, and electricity.
- Generates reports on canteen meal data, working hours for drivers and GA staff, and milk and cake consumption.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in administration management principles.
- Strong English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Capable of working well under high-pressure situations.
Education & Work Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resourses, English or related areas.
- Having experience in a relevant position.
- Experience with factory audits is preferred.
