Giám Đốc Kỹ Thuật/ Technical Director

• Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và định hướng các hoạt động kỹ thuật của nhà máy.
• Quản lý, đánh giá và cải tiến máy móc, thiết bị, khuôn mẫu và các giải pháp kỹ thuật phục vụ sản xuất.
• Phân tích và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu về kỹ thuật, chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn.
• Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến kỹ thuật nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả sản xuất.

Job Description

• Take responsibility for managing and directing the factory's technical activities.
• Manage, evaluate, and improve machinery, equipment, molds, and technical solutions supporting production.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues arising during the production process.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure products meet technical, quality, and required standards.
• Propose technical improvement solutions to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

• Có 3 – 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý kỹ thuật hoặc tương đương.
• Có tư duy chiến lược, khả năng nghiên cứu và giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật.
• Thành thạo tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh (4 kỹ năng).
• Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm trong ngành đồ chơi.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical management or a similar position.
• Strong strategic thinking, research, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in either Chinese or English (4 skills).
• Proficient in using computers.
• Candidates with knowledge or experience in the toy industry are preferred.
• Social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance in accordance with Vietnamese law.
