Graphic Design & Artwork Specialist (Chinese, English, Spanish a plus)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Design & Artwork Specialist to support the creation, modification, and management of graphic materials, artwork files, and design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in graphic design software, excellent file management capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and prepare graphic artwork for customer requirements.
• Develop and modify designs using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Review and verify artwork specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Organize, maintain, and archive digital artwork files and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding artwork revisions and approvals.
• Prepare print-ready files and support production-related graphic needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure consistency of branding, design standards, and visual quality across all materials.
• Assist with document formatting, presentations, and reporting as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
