Job Description

A meaningful career opportunity begins with understanding people: what they bring, what motivates them and where they hope to grow.

At Dale Carnegie Vietnam, we are looking for a Growth Enabler Specialist who brings recruitment expertise, takes ownership and enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.

We warmly invite you to help us connect with the right people at the right time, with thoughtful consideration for both the role and our organisational culture, as we work towards our 2037 vision.

What you will do?

Own recruitment — 70%

You will take ownership of recruitment from sourcing through joining and integration, keeping both results and the candidate experience in focus.

  • Partner with relevant teams to clarify hiring needs and candidate profiles based on annual or quarterly plans.

  • Develop recruitment plans with clear priorities, sourcing approaches, timelines and expected outcomes.

  • Explore diverse candidate sources and regularly assess their effectiveness.

  • Screen, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ suitability.

  • Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to support hiring decisions with management and the CEO.

  • Follow through on each stage, from initial connection and interviews to offers, joining and onboarding.

  • Monitor pipeline quality and progress, identify risks early and propose solutions when results fall behind plan.

  • Maintain professional, respectful and positive communication throughout the candidate journey.

Coordinate culture and internal learning — 30%

  • Support the delivery of planned culture, people development and internal learning activities.

  • Connect relevant colleagues, follow up on progress and commitments, and help resolve implementation challenges.

  • Support onboarding, internal training and culture events as needed.

Job Requirement

Professional capabilities:

  • At least two years of recruitment experience, with the ability to independently manage recruitment from sourcing to welcoming new hires.

  • Strong planning, organisation, candidate assessment and recruitment progress management skills.

  • The ability to communicate in English for work purposes.

  • Experience in L&D or coordinating people development activities is welcome, though optional.

How you work:

  • Ownership: You take initiative and independently move your responsibilities forward.

  • Discipline and commitment: You manage time and deadlines, honour shared commitments and communicate early when circumstances change.

  • A solution-oriented mindset: You investigate causes and propose practical ways forward when challenges arise.

  • Collaboration: You keep others informed, involve the right people and coordinate effectively towards shared outcomes.

  • Positivity and learning: You bring constructive energy, deepen your understanding of your work and use feedback to keep improving.

The opportunity:

This role offers space to contribute your recruitment expertise, propose solutions and help shape how we connect with future colleagues. You will also broaden your experience through culture and internal learning activities, working alongside people across the organisation.

We value someone who cares about people and follows through on results. We look forward to learning about the work you have owned, the challenges you have worked through and the growth you hope to pursue next.

We would love to hear your story!

If you see a connection between this opportunity and your next step, please submit your CV through this recruitment platform.

You are welcome to share a recruitment experience you are proud of and what you would like to develop next.
