Overall manage the Project Management of all projects, to provide the information flow of new product management and RFQ process from Cicor to customer or/and Cicor plants (CA/SWT/SYS…), to ensure that all customer requirements are properly understood, feasibility review is performed and provides properly quotation to the requester.
Approve RFQ (Request for Quote), specs, documents, Feasibility review from customers. Approve Draw shape and size panel, Stencil Design, Flow Chart for each Project (Base on Quotation).
Approve Calculation labor time and release Quotation.
Support project eng. to Meeting with customer to clarify spec and requirements (if needs).
Project Start-up Meeting, follow up and support to run simple prototypes to mass pro
Budget management and approval (project by project): calculation for RFQ vs actual run.
Approve, Review and prepare documents for trial run and mass production.
Approve Project management schedule & follow up, as contact window, coordinate with all relevant department to keep project on track, provides required documents to customer from design to mass production.
Follow up customer 's ECN for internal C/N, system update & confirm the implement action status of changes and update quotation if any.
Review and support improve quotation, processing during prototype and mass pro.
Support PE Technical clarifications with the customer
support PE Coordination of the internal quotation process, mainly with regards to: Material (Procurement) Production (Manuf. Engineering) and Quality, PP, Test Engineering
Any other duties as and when required by the MD.
Additional for Project Manager/Program manager: New customer sourcing (find the RFQ/new customers/project)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination across multiple departments.
Experience with RFQ (Request for Quote) processes and new product management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and ERP systems.
Experience with feasibility reviews, labor time calculations, and cost estimation.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and project follow-ups.
Adept at thriving in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, and global team environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle special assignments with professionalism and urgency.
Excellent attention to detail. Able to work well under pressure; strong sense of urgency.
Readily able to learn and adapt to new computer applications, system upgrades and other technology as necessary.
Must be open to feedback and can be flexible and adaptable
