The Head of Quality Assurance is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management system to ensure all products meet food safety regulations, company standards, and customer expectations.
This position leads quality assurance activities across suppliers, warehouses, stores, and private label products while ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations and international food safety standards.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields.
Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Technical Management.
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Food Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Supermarket Chains, or Private Label development.
• Strong experience managing supplier quality programs and regulatory compliance.
• Speak well Enghlish
