Job Description

  • Prepare drink water, cake, lunch when there are important guests. Order quarterly staff refreshment for employees: tea, coffee, milk,...
  • Plan to purchase uniforms, labor protection periodically or purchase additional and monitor the distribution process on schedule
  • Make payments on time. Responsible for the administrative contract service in charge, monitoring, evaluating the service and renewal process
  • To supervise daily works of Cleaning Team, security Team
  • Day to day running of the general administrative functions including office management (Photocopying), supply management (Office stationary, Paper) and property management (in/out)
  • Support other department activities as required
  • Book hotel and air tickets
  • Support 5S, EHS
  • Arrange transportation for customers, sale & CS team
  • Other tasks as assigned by HR manager

Job Requirement

  • University graduate in HR, Admin, English Language,...
  • Cautiousness, honesty, influencing,  good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Systematic & strong analytical mind
  • Good computer skills, specially using Excel
  • Good command of English
