Main tasks
Recruitment
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for key positions.
- Research and recommend new recruitment sources and channels for both active and passive candidates.
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screen and shortlist CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Implement and follow up employee health insurance, travel insurance
- Support to implement the work of state insurance sickness, maternity and health care regimes,etc.
Others
- Plan and publish internal news and updates on company communication channels
- Support HR team in organizing company events, engagement activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, statistics, and documentation as requested.
