HRM Developer

1. Manage, maintain, and enhance HRM (Human Resource Management) applications and related systems.
2. Analyze business requirements and collaborate closely with HRGA stakeholders to design effective system solutions.
3. Develop, customize, test, and implement HRM application features and enhancements.
4. Perform database design, SQL query optimization, and data validation to ensure system performance and data integrity.
5. Investigate system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and perform hands-on troubleshooting.
6. Support system integration, reporting, interfaces, and data migration activities related to HR processes.
7. Prepare technical documentation and provide user support when required.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR business processes and system efficiency.

1. Educational background:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field ​

2. Experiences:

·       Experience in HRM development​ ​( 1 person from 1-3 years , 1 person from 7-10 years up to Manager level)

·       Experience of SQL(MS-SQL), Java, JSP, jQuery development​

·       ​Experience in HRM application development and support.

·       Hands-on experience with MS-SQL database development, including complex queries, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning.

·       Experience in web application development using Java, JSP, and jQuery.

·       Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

·       Experience supporting HR-related modules such as Employee Information Management, Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, or related HR functions is preferred.

3. Skills:

·       Strong proficiency in MS-SQL (query development, troubleshooting, data analysis, and performance optimization).

·       Strong programming skills in Java, JSP, JavaScript, and jQuery.

·       Knowledge of database design principles and application architecture.

·       Experience with system troubleshooting and problem-solving.

·       Familiarity with source control, testing, and deployment processes.

·       Understanding of HR business processes and HRM workflows.

·       Either English or Korean communication skill in Professional working proficiency​
