MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC: Nhân viên ESH chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng, thực hiện và duy trì các chương trình Môi trường, An toàn và Sức khỏe nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật và chính sách của công ty.

NHIỆM VỤ CỤ THỂ: 

Luật pháp & Tham mưu: Nắm vững luật và các quy định pháp lý về ESH; chủ động tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc để triển khai và thực hiện đúng các yêu cầu của pháp luật.

Hệ thống ISO: Duy trì và liên tục cải tiến hệ thống ESH, chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ công tác chuẩn bị cho các kỳ đánh giá định kỳ ISO 14001 và ISO 45001.

Kiểm soát Rủi ro & Vận hành: Tuần tra an toàn và đánh giá rủi ro định kỳ (CAPA); quản lý an toàn PCCC và đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn kiểm soát rác thải, nước thải, khí thải.

Đào tạo & Quy trình: Thiết lập các SOP và checklist về ESH; đào tạo an toàn cho nhân viên, nhà thầu, đồng thời xử lý các cuộc điều tra sự cố và nộp báo cáo theo quy định.

PURPOSE: The ESH Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Environmental, Safety, and Health programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Legal Compliance & Advisory: Deeply understand ESH laws and regulations; proactively advise the Management Board to implement and strictly adhere to all legal requirements.

ISO Management Systems: Maintain and continuously improve ESH systems, taking full charge of preparation for ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) periodic audits.

Risk Control & Operations: Conduct regular safety patrols and risk assessments (CAPA); manage fire safety (PCCC) and ensure standard environmental controls for waste, wastewater, and emissions.

Training & Procedures: Establish ESH SOPs and checklists; conduct safety training for all employees and contractors and handle all incident investigations and statutory reporting.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng / Đại học chuyên ngành an toàn, môi trường

Thành thạo Microsoft,

Tiếng Anh thành thạo

Chăm chỉ, kiên nhẫn, chịu được áp lực công việc cao
