Coordinate international and domestic transportation and ensure timely shipment delivery.
Manage logistics costs, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
Develop and improve logistics processes, controls, and KPIs.
Review, verify, and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy for customs declarations, raw material consumption calculation, and processing contract settlement.
Coordinate and communicate directly with overseas customers, suppliers, logistics providers, customs authorities, and relevant government agencies.
Monitor import-export costs, shipping schedules, and logistics performance to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
Update and ensure compliance with customs laws, trade regulations, and Free Trade Agreements related to import and export activities.
Lead and manage the Import Export team, assign tasks, supervise performance, and provide training when necessary.
Prepare periodic reports related to import-export activities, customs settlement, and compliance status for management.
Job Requirement
Male/Female, Under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of Logistics/Import-Export management experience, preferably in an EPE manufacturing company.
Strong hands-on knowledge of customs clearance, customs declarations, C/O, customs finalization, and shipment handling.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Proficient in ERP, ECUS, and Microsoft Office.
Proficient in either Chinese or English, with strong communication skills in all four skills:
