International Sales Operation Executive

1. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain and update the CRM database (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure international lead, account, and opportunity data is accurate.

• Track sales pipeline metrics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports for regional sales managers.

• Assist in onboarding international sales reps on internal systems, tools, and processes.

2. Order Processing & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate the end-to-end sales order process for international clients, ensuring compliance with regional pricing structures and commercial terms.

• Liaise closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve bottlenecks regarding shipping schedules, customs documentation, and invoicing.

• Act as the internal point of contact for international sales reps regarding contract status and order fulfillment.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Compile data to help forecast international sales trends and monitor regional KPIs.

• Identify bottlenecks in the current sales process and suggest practical workflow improvements.

• Monitor international client accounts for payment status and assist finance in tracking outstanding receivables where necessary.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or an international business role.

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRMs and strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and cultures.
