Job Description

Daily record Recruitment service sales book (HCMC & HN)
Ensure sales report in the internal system is accurate.
Verify recruitment service billings and issue e-invoice to clients (HCMC &HN)
Work closely with Recruitment consultant to follow Accounts receivables to ensure no overdue invoice (HCMC &HN)
Prepare sales forecast and update AR aging of Perm for weekly meeting.
Prepare and send out all performance reports of Recruitment Division weekly and monthly (Recruitment performance by team, and other reports as required from time to time)
Prepare bank remittances to vendors.
Other tasked assigned by Line supervisor.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Open for fresh graduates
Strong computer skills (MS Excel) and fair English
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
Attention to detail.
