Research, build, and maintain a database of international influencers/KOCs across key markets such as the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, and other target regions.
Proactively reach out to and establish long-term relationships with international content creators.
Execute and manage TikTok influencer booking campaigns, including communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up with creators.
Stay updated on the latest Influencer Marketing trends and market developments in overseas markets, and propose strategic improvements when necessary.
Prepare regular reports and perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement
At least 6 months of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL/KOC booking, Creator Partnership, or a related role.
Good English communication skills, including email correspondence, online chats, and meetings with international KOLs/KOCs, especially in the US market. (Minimum English proficiency level B2 or equivalent required.)
Strong understanding of international social media platforms such as TikTok, Douyin, and other creator ecosystems.
Quick to identify trends and possess strong market awareness.
Own a personal laptop for work purposes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Responsible, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
