Job Description

  • Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in implementing account strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth through product listing expansion and social insurance coverage inclusion.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare institutions and key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
  • Assist in account planning, promotion activities, and customer engagement.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Medical/Pharmaceutical University).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (KAE/KAS, or 3 years as Medical Representative in multinational pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of products, customers, and market/territory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experienced in market access activities with good understanding of product listing and reimbursement procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Willing to travel provinces.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and eager to grow.
