KOC/KOL Booking Specialist (Beauty)

• Identify, connect, and develop a network of TikTok Beauty Influencers/KOLs/KOCs in the Vietnam market
• Build and manage an influencer database in beauty product reviews, skincare, and makeup; negotiate pricing, cooperation models, and campaign execution with influencers and MCN agencies
• Oversee the full collaboration process including sample delivery, content coordination, posting schedules, and campaign performance
• Analyze key metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, CVR, and ROI to optimize results
• Research TikTok Beauty trends and competitor activities to recommend suitable strategie
• Collaborate with operations, advertising, and supply chain teams to ensure campaign progress.

• College degree or above
• Native Vietnamese speaker with strong communication skills
• Chinese for work communication is required (HSK4, HSKK) and basic English is a plus
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TikTok Influencer BD or Influencer Marketing
• An existing beauty influencer network is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing is an advantage
