• Prepare and provide the following files to production line:
• Line Balancing
• Machine Layout Sheet
• 6S
• Machine set-up
• Work standard
• Implement Kaizen/Lean concept in the line:
• Perform cycle time and generate line balancing
• Reduce Changeover time
• Bottleneck Analysis
• Manpower reduction saving through line balancing
• Installation of work aids for process improvement
• Fully support pilot lines implementation
• Send report
• Daily IPK,Iron Output and Efficiency Report
• Perform other production related function maybe assigned by superior from time to time.
• To create new ideas and implement new strategies for a better company performance.
• Comply with the environmental management system established by the company
• Understand environmental policy
• Participating in the establishment, statistics and assessment of environmental objectives
• Understand and implement environmental aspects,
• Comply with programs to save electricity, water, control waste in the company

·         University graduate in Garment industry or Industrial management others related

·         Should be Average or speak English well.

·         Can use Microsoft office (excel, word and Power point)

·         Production process or basic computation

·         Multi-tasking

·         1-2 years’ experience but non experience still acceptable

·         Good communication, good in problem solving and a team player

·         Good and respectful

·         Supportive, or target oriented
