Lab Leader

• Oversee all testing procedures to guarantee they adhere to precise standards and achieve the desired results.
• Develop and deliver training programs to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of the QA Lab team.
• Manage the calibration, maintenance, and repair schedules for testing equipment within the lab, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Foster clear communication within the QA Lab team and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Lab role within the garment/textile industry or a third-party testing lab.
• In-depth knowledge of testing standards and requirements specific to the Chinese garment market.
• Basic English communication skills (advantageous).
