Logistics Executive

SAP Role 

• Delivery Order; shipment cost, report, stock flow & availability, … 

Delivery arrangement (Local Container & Tankers) 

• Upload sales orders into Delivery Schedule, plan loading date & send to Production for stock preparation. 

• Book appropriate transporters (in term of cost, service & delivery strength).  

• Update delivery date revision changes in Delivery Schedule, if any 

• Get stock confirmation, adjust loading if any, monitor stock availability for loading. 

• Ensure all trucks registered for smooth entry; follow up truck out. 

• Loading priority request, if necessary, to meet customer's time. 

• Update delivery progress, update immediately on-road-issues, rejection, detention... & follow up till resolved. 

• Daily report of delivery order status. 

• Coordinate with transporters to fulfil signed DO for POD & sales invoicing.  

Delivery arrangement required: 

Arrange trucks efficiently to optimize cost, maximize truck size by:  

• Propose Sales/ Customers to change delivery date for full combination. 

• Propose Sales/ Customers to adjust PO to match truck size.  

• Alert the divided/ partial delivery cause cost increase.  

Issue DO for: 

• All external warehouses. 

• Exmill term orders. 

Create shipment cost in SAP:  

• Check/ verify Delivery Summary (list of DO delivery & price).  

• Create shipment & shipment cost in SAP. 

• Confirm to Transporter for invoicing. 

• In charge of creation & extend vendor code. 

Payment   

• Make a Payment Request & submit to Fin for payment process. 

• Apply for creating transport route/ zone, vendor, ….  

• Other adhoc tasks as per assigned & requested by customer  

• Education:

  • University or College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in Logistics

• Technical & System Skills:

  • SAP Proficiency: Hands-on experience using SAP ERP (creating Delivery Orders, shipment costs, vendor codes, and stock tracking) is highly preferred.

  • MS Office: Good proficiency in MS Excel for daily reporting, cost calculation, and delivery scheduling.
