Job Description

Operational Support

• Monitor and track shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery, proactively addressing delays.

• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and transportation providers to resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges.

• Prepare transportation documents (e.g., delivery notes, claim requests, change requests) accurately and promptly.

Data Management

• Update logistics databases with shipment details and delivery schedules to ensure real-time accuracy.

• Track and monitor logistics vendor performance, improving decision-making and operations.

• Ensure the timely execution and validation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions to prevent data discrepancies.

• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports on logistics metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, distribution costs, and inventory discrepancies.

Process Improvement

• Analyze logistics workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending improvements.

• Contribute to cost-saving projects, such as route optimization or supplier negotiations, and support efforts to reduce lead times.

Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams and store operations to ensure seamless distribution and replenishment.

• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve shipment issues and delivery discrepancies.

Compliance

• Ensure that logistics activities align with company policies, industry standards, and local/international regulations.

• Assist in preparing documentation for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.

Job Requirement

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. English proficiency (IELTS 6 / CEFR B2 / VSTEP B2 or equivalent).
