Maintenance Supervisor (Phước Tân, Đồng Nai)

Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Role involves developing maintenance schedules, managing the maintenance team and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a food manufacturing or processing environment. Support the projects team for equipment installation and infrastructure modifications.

Maintenance Operations

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Supervise and perform maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations, including those specific to the food industry (e.g., GMP, HACCP).

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet operational goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for skill development.

Process Improvement

• Analyze maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Implement predictive maintenance technologies to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Budget and Reporting

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and costs.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance metrics and issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Automation or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, including supervisory level
• Strong leadership skills and team management capability
• Solid knowledge of automation systems
• Mandatory experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Project management
• Ability to backup and handle PLC programs: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and repair machine issues independently
• Experience in maintenance planning (PM/Predictive) and asset management
• Good reporting and analytical skills
• Good command of English for work and technical communication
