Job Description

Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing process to maintain product as well as cost efficiency/ Giám sát việc phát triển và thực hiện quy trình sản xuất để duy trì sản phẩm cũng như hiệu quả về mặt chi phí
Ensures the engineering team and other departments work together cohesively/ Đảm bảo đội ngũ kỹ thuật và các bộ phận khác làm việc gắn kết với nhau
Development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process/ Phát triển thiết bị, công cụ, đồ gá hỗ trợ quá trình sản xuất
Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specification requirements/ Xem xét, đánh giá và thực hiện các thay đổi kỹ thuật và yêu cầu đặc điểm kỹ thuật
Perform manufacturing engineering assignments of various degrees of product complexity. Evaluate manufacturing processes. Study production and machine/test fixtures/tooling requirements/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ kỹ thuật sản xuất ở nhiều mức độ phức tạp khác nhau của sản phẩm. Đánh giá các quy trình sản xuất. Nghiên cứu các yêu cầu về sản xuất và máy móc/đồ đạc thử nghiệm/dụng cụ
Provide support to the design, fabrication, modification and evaluation of manufacturing operations. Prepare plan, process and assembly instructions, manufacturing labor standard/ Hỗ trợ cho việc thiết kế, chế tạo, sửa đổi và đánh giá các hoạt động sản xuất. Lập kế hoạch, quy trình và hướng dẫn lắp ráp, tiêu chuẩn lao động sản xuất
Control and document Manufacturing Process Instructions, Train operators on new instructions and processes/ Kiểm soát tài liệu hướng dẫn quy trình sản xuất, đào tạo hướng dẫn cho nhân viên về quy trình và tài liệu mới
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency. Optimize assembly layouts, production lines and machine operations. Complete and evaluate test and production data, prepare technical analysis, recommend manufacturing methods to meet quality objectives/ Phân tích và lập kế hoạch quy trình làm việc, bố trí thiết bị và yêu cầu về không gian để nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất. Tối ưu hóa bố trí lắp ráp, dây chuyền sản xuất và vận hành máy. Hoàn thiện và đánh giá dữ liệu thử nghiệm và sản xuất, chuẩn bị phân tích kỹ thuật, đề xuất phương pháp sản xuất để đáp ứng mục tiêu chất lượng.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure manufacturing process and instructions are followed to keep production equipment operational/ Điều phối các dịch vụ bảo trì và sửa chữa thiết bị, đồng thời đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình và hướng dẫn sản xuất để duy trì hoạt động của thiết bị sản xuất
Ensures budgeting guidelines are met; prioritizes expenditures to stay within budget/ Đảm bảo tuân thủ các hướng dẫn; thứ tự ưu tiên trong phạm vi được giao
Propose improvements to increase productivity in production/ Đề xuất cải tiến nhằm tăng năng suất trong sản xuất
Experience on PCB/ sheetmetal/ plating/ Coating/ cable and Assembly process prefered/ Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về bo mạch/ tấm kim loại/ mạ, sơn tĩnh điện/ cáp và lắp ráp (kim loại và điện, điện tử)

Job Requirement

Graduated from university or higher, majoring in mechanical engineering/ Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành cơ khí
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position at Manufacturing Engineer department/ Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại bộ phận Kỹ sư sản xuất (Công ty sản xuất về cơ khí chính xác, điện, điện tử, lắp ráp, kim loại tấm)
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2016 quality systems/Hiểu biết về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9001:2015 và ISO:2016
