Analyze data and prepare periodic reports on the overall export market and FMCG industry in Vietnam and globally (seasonality, farming regions, competitors, product landscape, consumer trends, etc.).
Conduct market trend analysis, consumer behavior insights, and competitor benchmarking to support new product development.
Plan and execute customer and consumer surveys to evaluate and improve products and services.
Provide actionable recommendations on product/service improvements and customer approach strategies based on research findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement market and competitor research activities.
Act as the key contact point with external research agencies for in-depth data analysis reports.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields.
1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG, beverage, Agriculture or fresh food manufacturing companies.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with high persuasive ability.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and develop contingency plans.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and financial metrics.
Proficiency in research tools, survey platforms, and reporting systems.
Good time management and result-oriented mindset.
