Job Description

Order follow up from A to Z such as development, material schedule, capacity of production, TNA, WIP, shipment….
Development stage:
Work with the buyer side or H/O to confirm sample TNA.
Work with fabric mill/ trim supplier/ washing mill and UDC sample room to keep the sample due date.
Submit fabric/ trim swatch to the buyer side to get quality confirmation.
Check material price with the supplier to update the costing chart.
Overview sampler’s job to make sure samples are sent out on time and correct.
Bulk stage.
Register bulk order on ERP
Sourcing/ purchasing fabric for bulk, request PPY for sample making, and register bulk fabric order/ fabric booking on ERP.
Update TOS and work with the trim team to order bulk trim.
Close work with a sampler to make sure all sample stages will submit to the buyer side on time.
Review buyer’s comments and make an FPP package to send to the factory.
Follow up production status until gar delivery out.
Update production report to buyer if buyer requests.
