Merchandiser (Material -Fabric tracking)

Task 1: Fabric Tracking & Delivery Management

• Monitor and update fabric WIP and delivery status using POs, Invoices, and Packing Lists.

• Synchronize fabric data across systems (APS, WIP PROMO, and Weekly WIP) for Planning, Production, and WIP departments.

• Expedite T2 suppliers to ensure on-time shipping; follow up on delayed or short-shipped orders to update revised delivery dates.

Task 2: Inventory & Stock Control

• Balance and update fabric stock levels (in/out quantities).

• Process and approve fabric liquidation forms from the Cutting department.

Task 3: Defect & Replacement Tracking

• Manage fabric replacements based on QA rejection reports.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding replacement quantities and required delivery dates; update the replacement chart.

• Update fabric status and align with Production on GAC (Garment Delivery Date) adjustments; escalate to the Leader if GAC cannot be met.

Task 4: Fabric Lot Assignment

• Allocate and record fabric lot numbers for specific POs based on Packing Lists and QA color shading/tone results.

• Bachelor's degree in garment industry or related field.
• Understanding of garment technical/industry in general
• English Certificate and Chinese refer to.
• Microsoft Office Certificate
