Mfg Supervisor

Main Duties for Mfg Supervisor:

• Prepare and setup the daily/weekly production schedule to team members base on the weekly & monthly net requirement from Planning team
• Planning and organizing the materials, tools & consumable and manpower in order to satisfy the production schedule
• Deploy the production schedule to team members in order to achieve the highest results: safety, quality, delivery and effectiveness
• Control & supervise the production activities of team members on processing lines in order to have the appropriate actions.
• Daily & weekly control the personal efficiency, labor efficiency, yield, material usage variance, scrap rate.
• Maintain and improve the personal efficiency, yield, material usage variance in order to achieve the highest level.
• Assign and instruct the daily tasks to team members in order to perform better and complete well the assigned job.
• Maintain and deploy the coaching and cross training to team members in order to ensure the readiness manpower for production & development.
• Deploy the performance evaluation to employees base on the evaluation system of company.
• Ensure the safety, industrial hygiene and 5S within the assigned responsibility.
• Collaborate with QC, QE and ME team members in order to maintain the high quality products as well as improvement actions.
• Report to supervision level the situation and production activities and results in shift

Requirements for this position:

• College or University degree in Technical: Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or Industrial management
• At least 2 years experienced in Production management
• Candidates must be experienced in: working in teams, Problem solving, Analyses, Reporting & Planning and making decision.
• Knowledged in Production management, ISO: 9001-2015, 13485, 5S, ERP: SAP …
• Experienced in Medical device or Electronic industry; Leadership skill, Lean & Six Sigma
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• MS Offices, English: good communication in 4 skills (Toeic 450 or above )
