The Injection Molding Process Engineer is a "hands-on" position that plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high quality injection molded product. The Process Engineer is responsible for coordinating the molding efforts on new program launches, setting up and/or revising manufacturing processes and assisting the manufacturing operations in problem solving and continuous process improvements. While monitoring the effectiveness of processes this individual quantifies results, documents and presents findings to management and prepares reports. This position also mentors and provides training to other injection molding personnel.
Molding Process Engineer là một vị trí mang tính "thực hiện" trong đó có lập kế hoạch, chỉ đạo và điều phối thiết bị và quy trình sản xuất để tạo ra sản phẩm ép phun chất lượng cao. Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm điều phối các yêu tố của máy ép phun khi ra mắt chương trình mới, thiết lập và/hoặc sửa đổi quy trình sản xuất và hỗ trợ hoạt động sản xuất trong việc giải quyết vấn đề và cải tiến quy trình liên tục. Trong khi giám sát hiệu quả của các quy trình, cá nhân này định lượng kết quả, lập tài liệu và trình bày các phát hiện cho ban quản lý và lập báo cáo. Vị trí này cũng hướng dẫn và đào tạo cho các nhân viên ép phun khác.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new processes, assess and document new and existing processes. Implement and evaluate changes to existing processes designed to improve product quality, productivity and overall equipment efficiency/ Phát triển các quy trình mới, đánh giá và lập tài liệu về các quy trình mới và hiện có. Triển khai và đánh giá các thay đổi đối với các quy trình hiện có được thiết kế để cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm, năng suất và hiệu quả chung của thiết bị.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, operators and other molding personnel/ Cung cấp sự lãnh đạo kỹ thuật và cố vấn cho các kỹ thuật viên quy trình, người vận hành và các nhân viên ép phun khác.
Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees. Provide technical support/solutions to manufacturing processes, improve yield and throughput, drive cost reduction activities and improve on part quality / Phát triển và duy trì tài liệu quy trình đảm bảo rằng các quy trình và thủ tục được nêu rõ ràng và dễ hiểu đối với tất cả nhân viên. Cung cấp hỗ trợ/giải pháp kỹ thuật cho các quy trình sản xuất, cải thiện năng suất và thông lượng, thúc đẩy các hoạt động giảm chi phí và cải thiện chất lượng bộ phận.
Demonstrated ability to start-up, operate and shut down process related equipment. Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues / Chứng minh được khả năng khởi động, vận hành và tắt thiết bị liên quan đến quy trình. Phải có khả năng làm việc độc lập trong quá trình phát triển quy trình mới cũng như khắc phục sự cố sản xuất hiện tại.
Work with equipment and material vendors to resolve machine and material issues/ Làm việc với các nhà cung cấp thiết bị và vật liệu để giải quyết các vấn đề về máy móc và vật liệu.
Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history /Theo dõi và báo cáo các sự cố liên quan đến khuôn ép phun, đưa ra khuyến nghị tân trang dựa trên các yếu tố sản xuất như chu kỳ, khả năng quy trình và lịch sử sử dụng dụng cụ.
Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide new project updates /Tương tác với khách hàng để giải quyết các vấn đề và cung cấp thông tin cập nhật về dự án mới.
Implement technical solutions including statistical methodology to meet customer cost, quality, and delivery expectations /Triển khai các giải pháp kỹ thuật bao gồm phương pháp thống kê để đáp ứng kỳ vọng về chi phí, chất lượng và giao hàng của khách hàng.
Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts / Tạo điều kiện và hỗ trợ các nỗ lực về an toàn, môi trường và công thái học của cơ sở và sản xuất.
Job Requirement
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor/Engineer of Science degree in Plastics, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required. Must have at least 3-5 years of practical work experience in an Injection Molding Operation./ bằng Cử nhân/Kỹ sư Khoa học về Nhựa, Hóa chất hoặc Cơ khí. Phải có ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế trong Vận hành khuôn ép phun.
Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality / Nền tảng kỹ thuật vững chắc và đa dạng về gia công ép phun, dụng cụ, thiết bị, vật liệu, sản xuất và chất lượng.
Ability to manage multiple start-up projects. / Có khả năng quản lý nhiều dự án
Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills. / Thể hiện khả năng giao tiếp tốt (bằng văn bản và lời nói), kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và tổ chức.
Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc/ Kỹ năng máy tính tốt, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, v.v.
