As the agent for Evergreen Line in Vietnam, we are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Customer Service member to join our growing team in Hochiminh Office.

Job description as below :

• Receive Shipping Instructions (SI) from customers and accurately input data into the system to create Draft Bills of Lading (B/L), for shipments under long-haul trade lanes, arriving to countries such as  US, Canada, EU...
• Review customer feedback, execute necessary B/L amendments efficiently, and handle related documentation adjustments before and after vessel departure.
• Vessel finalization and submit E-manifest  for VN Customs and concerned oversea Customs.
• Execute, handle, and monitor Customs Advance Filing systems for specific destination countries, eg: AMS, ACI, ENS...
• Monitoring Job KPIs

Education & Background

• Bachelor's degree from a  college or university

• Preferred majors:  Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics

Skills & Competencies

******  Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good in English

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Professional and friendly communication style

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

• Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
