Job Description

Check DWS for each store for each dept of Grocery, Nonfood, HBC & Hardline.
Check DWS for each store for each dept of Grocery, Nonfood, HBC & Hardline. (Kiểm tra DWS cho từng cửa hàng đối với từng phòng ban của hàng tạp hóa, phi thực phẩm, HBC & Hardline.)
Support make orientation about staff's job, career. (Hỗ trợ định hướng công việc và nghề nghiệp cho nhân viên.)
Support new store opening: modify, update training document, organize the training class, make to do list etc. (Hỗ trợ khai trương cửa hàng mới: sửa đổi, cập nhật tài liệu đào tạo, tổ chức lớp đào tạo, lập danh sách công việc cần làm, v.v.)
Monitor Group leader and General staff attendance and attire. (Theo dõi sự có mặt và trang phục của trưởng nhóm và nhân viên.)
Make focus item by month, adjust the focus item for each season. Make sale plan by week (52 weeks). (Tạo mặt hàng trọng tâm theo tháng, điều chỉnh mặt hàng trọng tâm cho từng mùa. Lập kế hoạch bán hàng theo tuần (52 tuần).)
Analyze sale actual and proposal solution for all stores. (Phân tích doanh số thực tế và đề xuất giải pháp cho tất cả các cửa hàng.)
Listen to the store staff, find out the problem and propose a solution, propose to superiors. (Lắng nghe nhân viên cửa hàng, tìm ra vấn đề và đề xuất giải pháp, báo cáo lên cấp trên.)
Listen to customer's opinions, propose solutions, propose to superiors. (Lắng nghe ý kiến của khách hàng, đề xuất giải pháp, báo cáo lên cấp trên.)
Management stock, assortment, POG of Grocery, Nonfood, HBC & Hardline. (Quản lý tồn kho, danh mục sản phẩm, POG của hàng tạp hóa, phi thực phẩm, HBC & Hardline.)

Job Requirement

Strong sense of aestheticism
Good communication skill
Good command of spoken English
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks.
Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
Strong leadership and good relationship management
Be able to work in shift & public holidays.
