Effective relationships with other departments to achieve delivery of solutions for clients.
Management of stakeholders – internal relationships, clients and suppliers.
Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with team members.

Campaign/client requirements are met and
delivered on time.
Reporting is provided in a timely manner.
Timesheets completed daily to show minimum of
40 hours worked per week.
Create, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, including content creation and ensuring best practices in email design.
Manage email campaign content, ensuring relevance and engagement.
Monitor and analyse email campaign performance to optimize results.
Utilize Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Content Builder, and Journey Builder.
Troubleshoot issues within Braze and independently resolve or escalate as needed.
Maintain data integrity and manage subscriber data effectively.
Conduct A/B testing and other methods to enhance email deliverability and engagement.
Optimize internal delivery processes and methodologies.
Elevate clients to best-in-class status through strategic Braze Marketing Cloud solutions.
Industry and Function
· 2-3 years of experience in email marketing.
· Proficiency with Braze Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms.
Role Challenges
· Flexibility, comfort in ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing needs of the client, project or Digitas.
· Experience working on complex, concurrent projects or programmes of work.
· Working with team members from different crafts and roles to add value across Digitas.
