I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Market research and analysis
Conduct market research to collect and analyze the market data and information.
Follow up and tracking competitive landscape to provide competitor’s performance and movement.
Work closely with CMI team to study consumer insight and market demand to propose according action plan and product strategy.
Support Product Marketing Manager to build Product Plan, including product portfolio management, product strategy, product development plan, ….
3. Product portfolio management
Assist Product Marketing Manager to manage product portfolio performance and propose action. plan accordingly if necessary
4. New product development
Propose new product ideas and work closely with Product development and design team in NPD process.
Support launching and tracking NPD performance after launched.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
Job Requirement
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
High ambition for working and developing in Marketing, Brand and Product management.
Strong in logical thinking, analytic skill, problem solving skill.
Have knowledge of US market, Amazon platform is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
English is must (at least 600 TOEIC).
2. Skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving
Project management
Strong communication and presentation
Time management and multitasking
Adaptability and flexibility.
3. Experience
2-3 years experience in a similar role or Marketing / Brand management.
Preferably working experience in e-commerce base, start-up and fast-growing environment.

Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
