Job Description

Receive and review technical drawings, and collaborate closely with the Design team to develop comprehensive technical documentation for each product.
Evaluate preliminary technical specifications of sample products, ensuring compliance with quality and technical standards.
Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including technical guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical drawings.
Identify and resolve technical issues arising during sample development and mass production, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Diploma or higher in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Solid understanding of garment construction techniques; experienced in handling and developing technical documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator (AI) and CorelDRAW.
Strong command of English, with proficiency in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
1–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
