- Create, develop, and manage O2O activities (Online to Offline or Offline to Online) and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct research and analysis on customer behavior in Omni channel purchase, using data to identify trends and needs and recommend best solutions.
- Monitor and be accountable for KPIs relating to new customer acquisition, cost, revenues, and engagement levels across both online and offline channels.
- Work collaboratively with relevant functional teams to create features for the website/app or new products that improve user experience and conversion rates.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar field, preferable with experience in organizing and implementing O2O activities in retail organizations
