Order Management

• Manage the production delivery against the customer order request.
• Coordinate with planning for the production plan against capacity and order fill rate.
• Work out with production on flexible planning.
• Manage costs incurred based on targets.
• Approved material ordering quantity.
• Control material utilization
• Manage leftover utilization
• Coordinate with the customer, functional team, and suppliers to deliver the best service as required by the company.
• Deal with customer requests on order delivery
• Coordinate with the factory for production issues.
• Monitor the development of the team based on KPI targets.
• Manage turnover rate
• Manage workload allocation
• Manage work deadlines
• Manage developmental growth

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 Years Experience on the following:
  • Planning
  • Merchandising
• Able to communicate and comprehend English working instructions
• Middle management Experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• With Mathematical Analysis and Formulation
