- Responsible for supporting PSSR to prepare recommendations of equipment maintenance and repairs for customers.
- Prepare parts survey requested by customers and/or PSSRs (Parts & Service Sales Representative) and to ensure items prepared and ordered are correct and minimize the return of backordered parts.
- Become expert in parts sales technical consultant.
- Together with PSSRs to do equipment inspection at site and support PSSR to prepare recommendations of equipment maintenance and repairs for customers.
- Collect any new parts issues, and update it to PSSRs and related customer.
- Assist PSSRs in preparing the parts budget for customers.
Job Requirement
- Technical University Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer services or Sales Administration work.
