PCB Design Engineer

o   Create and manage Component’s Symbol, Footprints in system Libraries.

o   Analyze Schematics with the Electrical engineering team, create Component placement plan.

o   Work with Mechanical engineering team on PCB geometry, Component placement, Constraints and 3D models.

o   Design PCB Layout according to Electronic performance and Mechanical housing requirements.

o   ERC/ DRC inspection, complete PCB Artwork then generate CAD-CAM files such as Gerber, Drawings, Assembly documents, Placement coordinate and Mass production panel design.

o   Develop Test-accessible prototype boards as specified by the Engineering verification and Manufacturing teams.

o   Interface and collaborate with PCBA factory to realize robust and specification designs.

o   Interpret test results and manufacturing issues and make necessary revisions to layout design.

o   Assist in development of test plans and test procedures.

o   Responsible for all PCB documents and Drawings for Mass Production plan.

o   Complete deliveried support Tasks, reporting layout status to Senior engineers.

o   Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Automotive or Automation fields.

o   Minimum 2 years of experience designing PCB layouts with some HDI experience.

o   Ability to own the development of a circuit board from first prototype to final mass production version.

o   Good experience in CAD-CAM Tools. Skill in at least one of these popular ECAD system such as Altium, Allegro, Ki-cad, Eagle, Protues, Pulsonix…

o   Basic knowledge about Electronic components, 3D cross-section, PCB technology, EMI/EMC compliant design.

o   Knowledge in DFM/DFT is an advanced.

o   Own Independent ability also Teamwork as well.

o   English Read/ Write are required. Basic Speaking should be influent. Most of communication by English( an International colleague enviroment).
